Facilities Management

The AFB Construction/Facilities Management team provides highly qualified management professionals to work in partnership with the Board of Education to provide leadership to the workers skilled in mechanical, building trades, grounds and custodial operations. These efforts are coordinated through the Facilities Department’s Service Response Center. The Service Response Center manages the work order process and provides quality customer service to the school district.  AFB’s mission is to promote a safe and healthy learning environment for the school district’s students, staff and community as a whole.
